Post Cant copies files to Windows NT Filesystem (Tuxera NTFS)
I have a trial version (just for this purpose to copy files to/from my windows system) and after install (and reboot) of my mac OS lion 10.7 I can't copy files to the external NTFS drive

I can still drag and drop file from the external NTFS drive to the mac, but still can't copy to the external.
What gives? This is what this product is for yes? Please help.

Info on the external drive says "You can read and write".

I have enough space left on the device (above 4GB)

I tried to copy via a terminal and using sudo. Error is always the same: Input/output error

Sorry, I have no answer; just more questions. My 500 GB Toshiba device has been working just fine until today, when I find that the "Sharing & Permissions:" now reads "You can only read" Yesterday I was able to copy files to it. It has only 177 GB of data on it and over 320 GB left empty. I've reinstalled Tuxera several times.
