Please help to advise me how to uninstall the NTFS-3G on Mac OS X 10.8.1 (12B19) The uninstall button is disabled. I have unlocked the admin security. fyi: I am very new to Mac.

Have you tried Enabling Tuxera first, then selecting the Uninstall button?
On my system here it seems Tuxera must be in an enabled state before you can proceed with an Uninstall
