Hi,
I found Mac OS 10.6.8 hangs when using this configuration:

- using a licensed 2011.4.2 version of Tuxera ntfs on the Mac
- usb disk, 1TB, formatted NTFS using Windows 7
- on the usb disk, I had moved a vmware Windows 7 virtual machine
- i started to use the virtual machine using VMware Fusion 3.1.3
- after some time of use, the Mac hangs

To be sure the problem is not elsewhere, I have formatted the usb disk using Mac OS Extended (journaled) partition type and moved the virtual machine there.
Using the same VM on the native Mac filesystem, I had got no hangs.

If I have to setup some configuration to provide logs of what happened, I will gladly reconfigure to (try to) replicate the error for further investigation.

I have upgraded to the 2012.3.2 and replicated the problem.

Behavior of hang has changed, now instead of an hard hang, I get a graceful hang: a window who tells me I have to shutdown the system, pressing the power button, pops up.

As added info, problem will rise more often, when there is high disk activity.

This has been fixed: there were a previous MacFUSE driver installation who seems were interfering with Tuxera driver. After removing MacFUSE, removing Tuxera driver, and then reinstalling only Tuxera driver alone, there were no more hangs.
