Post Didn't unmount external hdd correctly, created alias
Hey.

I converted a WD 1TB NTFS external hdd to NTFS-3G. I transferred 2 folders to the hard drive, and while the second was being transferred, the hard drive accidentally got disconnected. When i attached it again, the two folders were replaced with two files that has the same name, byt with the format "Alias". When i delete these two files, they just pop pack up on the hard drive.

My TV can't read the hard drive with these two files on it, not as NTFS-3G or when I converted it back to NTFS.

How can i delete these two files completely from the hard drive?

I've got an Intel MacBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Thanks in advance
