Can't share NTFS external drive on Mac with Windows 7.

Post Can't share NTFS external drive on Mac with Windows 7.
Can't share NTFS external USB drive on Mac with PC under Windows 7 via wireless LAN. Other
MAC drives/files/directories appear on PC with no problem. Also no problem reading/writing
to this drive within MAC. Can read all PC files on the MAC with no problem.:cry:
